This application presents Course Enrollment by Course-Listing Unit data by semester. Course enrollments are reported under the unit that listed the course, regardless of who's teaching it; are arranged by course level, rather than student level; include both primary courses and independent studies courses; and reflect course loads as of the 15th day of classes each term, plus any adds processed through the 25th day of classes. You can view this data at several levels of detail.
This application presents Student Credit Hours by Course-Listing Unit data by semester. These student credit hours are reported under the unit that listed the course, regardless of who's teaching it; are arranged by course level, rather than student level, and are the sum of enrollee credit hours for the course. (For example, 50 course enrollments in a two-unit course generate 100 student credit hours.) You can view this data at several levels of detail. This SCH data is most useful in situations where you're primarily interested in the subject matter area of courses (e.g., for curriculum analyses).
This application presents Student Credit Hours by Instructor Pay Unit data by semester. These student credit hours are reported under the unit that paid the instructor of the course (prorated for team-taught courses), regardless of where the course is listed; are arranged by course level, rather than student level, and are the sum of enrollee credit hours for the course. (For example, 50 course enrollments in a two-unit course generate 100 student credit hours.) You can view this data at several levels of detail. This SCH data is most useful in situations where you're primarily interested in who's teaching courses (e.g., for resource allocation).
This application presents Course Enrollment and Student Credit Hour data for the Summer term, beginning with Summer 2002. In the Summer term only, both course enrollments and student credit hours (course enrollments multiplied by course units) are arranged by student level rather than course level, the opposite of how we handle Fall/Spring data. You can view this data at several levels of detail.
